The IRS Came for Tekashi 6ix9ine, Left With His Custom Lambo and Bentley

Tekashi 6ix9ine, who also goes by Tekashi69 and Daniel Hernandez to authorities, is what you might call a cautionary tale that stands out in an industry riddled with cautionary tales. At just 27, he's had more run-ins with the law than fingers on both hands, has done time, been branded a snitch (justifiably so), and is still on probation. All this has taken a toll on his once-very successful career, though you wouldn't be able to tell it by the glamorous, rich front he's always putting on. The air is out of the bubble now, though. His home in Lake Worth, FL, was raided by the feds the other day, resulting in a massive seizure of assets. Included with those assets were two of his prized rides, the same ones that he would often use to post on social media while he was still in the U.S. to flip off his haters and show how rich he was. Tekashi is now in the Dominican Republic, and he will stay there until the court decides on a new string of charges resulting from a January 2023 incident. In other words, he wasn't around when the IRS agents, aided by the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office, swooped in and left with the cars on trailers. One celebrity publication has video of the action outside the rapper's home and of his blue Lamborghini Urus on the trailer. The other car that was seized was the Bentley Continental GTC that he had customized by TPT Foreigns in early 2023. Both vehicles feature colorful wraps, blue and bright green, respectively, and a splattered paint motif that runs throughout. The Bentley also has a smashed driver's window and windshield, from the incident that got Tekashi barred from leaving the DR: his girlfriend took a 2 by 4 piece of wood to the car during a physical altercation. Tekashi's car collection is as colorful as his public persona. His choice of marques isn't exactly surprising, but the way he makes these vehicles fit his image never fails to get attention. He also owns a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in bright yellow wrap with paint splatters and a Rolls-Royce Wraith in a red wrap with matching splatters. On his last trip to NYC, in January of last year, the rapper showed off both the Wraith and the Aventador sitting on the tarmac next to a chartered private jet, while he boasted about the amount of cash and jewelry he was carrying on his person. As you can imagine, that post is now flooded with jokes about how "the feds are always watching" and "the IRS loves this."
