Atumah Nabiwemba found dead in her home

the assistant director of public prosecutions, has been found dead in her home in Wampeewo, Kasangati town council, Wakiso district. Nabiwemba, 47, had reportedly not been seen at work for four days. According to Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, her disappearance was first reported on Thursday at around 8:36 pm by Hamuza Kabanda, a driver at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Police have started looking into the circumstances of her death, given her recent disappearance. It is reported that Fatuma had disappeared from her home and had not been seen by friends and family for three days, until her body was found. 2017 disappearance This was not her first time going missing. In December 2017, she disappeared from home for about two and a half months, sparking a major police search and concern among family members.
